Cool white is more of a blue white while warm white is more of a yellow white.

A word about shipping: We charge a standard rate for shipping of $12.50 up to a quantity of 20. We will credit any shipping and charge you only the actual shipping. PayPal does not have a great shipping calculator so in order to not undercharge and ask for more money for shipping we charge enough for the quantity based rate and credit the difference.
You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal but it does allow us to accept credit cards without the high monthly fees associated with credit card processors.
